Age & Opportunity is a national organisation that has charitable status (CHY 12365). Over the years, we have been striving to always operate in an open and transparent manner. Because of this, we have been reporting to our major funders using the Statement of Recommended Practice for charities (a format that is mandatory in the UK and one, we believe, that will form the basis for what will be required when the Charities Act is implemented in Ireland). Each year, we prepare fully audited accounts which we are happy to share with our partners, supporters and the general public.
