Wexford County Council Public Library Service and Age & Opportunity presents Changing Gears: A 6-week course about Building Resilience - taking stock, making changes, bouncing back & moving on

Location: Wexford County Library
Time: Wednesday afternoons, 2:00 – 4:30pm
Dates: 14th September –19th October 2016

Changing Gears is a course for you if you want to get the most out of life.

● Find out more about yourself and your skills
● Take stock of what's out there for you
● Find out how some people bounce back from tough times
● Learn from other people's experiences

Take time out to think about what you can do with the next phase of life and how to make a start. Build more resilience so that you can succeed… whatever life throws at you.

Changing Gears is a helpful and fun course, with no previous experience necessary except life experience.

The course is free but booking is essential.
