Are you an Irish residents over 50? Do you feel that your life illustrates our mantra that ‘Life is for Living’? Then share your story with us!

Some of the most inspirational stories will be included in a book commemorating Age & Opportunity's 25th anniversary.

We are looking for accounts of the extraordinary in the ordinary says Catherine Rose, CEO of Age & Opportunity Whether you have dedicated your life to caring for others, climbed the highest mountain, championed positive change in your local area or demonstrated that that age is no barrier to pursuing your dreams, we want to hear from you. We’re keen for family members and friends to put candidates forward too – this is a celebration of our diverse older population and we want to include everyone, creating an inspiring piece of literature where Irish celebrities and ordinary heroes rub shoulders

To enter, simply email a story of no more than 800 words to Sabina Wasik with your name and contact information. The deadline for submissions is Friday October 11th at 5pm.
