Aosú le Muinín

Ageing with Confidence is also available through the medium of the Irish language as Aosú le Muinín. The translation into Irish and the delivery of the training was supported by Age & Opportunity's Get Vocal programme through local development company Tearmann Éanna Teo

The course content is identical to the English language version and the facilitators have all been trained by Age & Opportunity.
