Brian Dooney Engage Programme Training & Development Facilitator

Brian joined Age & Opportunity in 2016 as our Engage Programme Training and Development Facilitator. As part of this role, Brian develops and delivers training and facilitation to the public, private and the community and voluntary sectors. Brian has worked in education for a number of years; his previous roles include secondary school teacher and principal, and lecturer in English and Adult Education in All Hallows College/DCU (2003-2016). He has delivered talks and workshops to a variety of groups on a wide range of different themes, including Literature, Spirituality and the Arts; Leadership and Human Development; the Enneagram and Creative Writing.

Brian has a BA in English and Psychology, a BA in Theology, a H.Dip in Education, an M.Phil. in Anglo-Irish Literature and a Ph.D. in English.
