Nicole began working with Age & Opportunity in June 2023 as our Active Programme Assistant Manager. She is responsible for supporting our Active Programme Manager and Active Programme Team with the development and delivery of our Active Programme, designed to get older people more active and participating in recreational sport and physical activity.

Nicole has always been interested in promoting physical activity and sport. She has a BSc in Sports Coaching and Performance from Waterford Institute of Technology and is a Sport Ireland Coaching Qualified Coach Educator.

Prior to Age & Opportunity, Nicole’s background was in sports development. She has worked with Cycling Ireland and Triathlon Ireland promoting sport at community level.
