Paul Gallier Active Programme Assistant Manager
Paul joined Age & Opportunity in January 2019 as our \’Go for Life\’ (Now \’Active\’) Assistant Programme Manager. He works closely with Sue Guildea on the development and delivery of Go for Life, maintaining the partnerships needed to ensure that Go for Life continues to reach significant numbers of older people.
He has always had an interest in physical activity and health and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Physical Activity & Population Health.
Prior to Age & Opportunity, Paul worked as Community Sports Development Officer for Monaghan Sports Partnership and before that, developed and managed a clinical exercise programme in Dublin. Paul has always been passionate about the aging related health benefits of physical activity, believing that “We don’t stop moving because we grow old, we grow old because we stop moving”.
