Movement Minutes Live
To try and incorporate some physical activity into our day we are broadcasting three live physical activity sessions that older adults can join along to – ‘Age & Opportunity Movement Minutes’.
Join us on our Facebook page for ‘Age & Opportunity Movement Minutes’ every:
‣ Monday at 11am: Seated Physical Activity Session for Older Adults
‣ Wednesday at 11am: Standing Physical Activity Session for Older Adults
‣ Friday at 11am: Seated and Standing Physical Activity Session for Older Adults
We’ve many different activities for you to try out including Pilates, Chair Yoga, Tai Chi and more!
