What is spirituality?  What does spirituality mean to me?

What is our Spirituality course?

A search for meaning. A way of living. A fountain of wonder. ‘To see a World in a Grain of Sand’. Something, for the sake of which, it is worthwhile to live on earth. ‘The laughing heart’. A sense of connection with something bigger than ourselves.

Our Spirituality course is designed to invite participants to explore spirituality from the perspective of their life experience. The course takes place online with five one-hour sessions over five weeks.

How does it work?

It runs for five sessions (online on Zoom): 11am -12 noon on Wednesdays 29th July, 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th August, 2020.

Our Facilitator will be Brian Dooney from the Engage Team at Age & Opportunity.

The course uses art, music, poetry and story to explore spirituality.

How can I get involved?

The course is suitable for anyone who is interested in exploring their own spirituality.

Once off special introductory offer of €50 per person for the 5 week programme.
