Changing Gears online course – helping those aged 50+ to manage health challenges
We’re inviting people to take part in , an online programme designed to help people who are 50+ to manage health challenges. The programme promotes resilience in later life, facilitating participants to be more self-directive in making life style choices to optimise older age. Due to funding conditions the programme is strictly for those aged 50+ experiencing health challenges. PALs Workshops Kildare – Be a Physical Activity Leader for your group
Go for Life, working with Kildare Sports Partnership are holding a series of workshops for older people who are interested in leading physical activities with members of their groups/clubs/organisations. Participants do not need to have any background or formal experience in leading physical activities.
