This time I’m voting The European elections take place on May 24th, on the same day as local elections and the referendum on divorce. This year there are 59 candidates running in three constituencies. The breakdown by constituency is as follows: Ireland South has 23 candidates running for 5 seats. Ireland gained two extra MEPs as a result of Brexit. They were allocated to Dublin which previously had 3 and South which previously had 4. The South constituency also gained…
